Credit Application and Requirements
If your orders are an average of $500 or more and you would like to apply for special account terms, simply call us or send an to [email protected] to request a credit application.
After the your application has been approved, you may either call our Customer Service Team at (855) 372-8209, fax your order in to 866-406-7177, or email to [email protected]. All orders will be confirmed via email. All credit accounts are offered with 30-day terms, meaning you have 30 days to send your payment to us.

What Else Do I Need to Know?
How long does it take to get approved?
Typically, not too long but it really depends on how quickly your business references respond to our inquiries. As a general guideline, please expect 5-7 days for your request to be processed. Rest assured, we will rush your application through as best we can!
What information do I need to give StockPKG to get my order processed?
To place your order, StockPKG needs the following information: Account Contact Name, Company Name, Purchase Order Number, Shipping Method, and Products to be Ordered. We only ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your shipping address, phone number, and email. Please note, if all this information is not given, your order may be held up in processing.
Am I able to order online?
Yes. When checking out, please select "Purchase Order" for the type of payment. Please make sure to include your P.O. number in the notes section before submitting your order. All orders not placed online via terms must be submitted via fax or email to [email protected] We will accept any Purchase Order form, as long as it has all the required information.
What happens if I dont make my payment within 30 days?
Unfortunately, failure to send payment within 30 days may result in the cancellation of your credit account with us. We may ask you to keep a backup credit card on file should we continue to offer you terms after a late payment. In either situation, please contact us to let us know what is going on and we will work with you!
